Can you believe this fella?
Fleabay linky.

"100s of tracks, presented on two CDs. These are all original records, been digitised into MP 3 format. Due to the age of the tracks, they are all believed to be in the public domain, so no copy right problems."

Any music has some sort of copyright on it.
Public domain, what a load of tripe!
He says any music over 50 years old doesn't have a copyright issue.
Don't bother reporting him - I've beat you to it.

Con Man springs to mind !

Yep, this guy is confusing the 50 year copyright expiry for the song writer's work with producing a pirated copy of original music.

I would expect he was fully aware of this, though, but I find it worrying that there are so many sellers blatantly selling copied CDs, "for backup purposes only."

NOW 1 - 65 on DVD?? Yea, right.

I don't condone illegal mp3 downloads, but I feel the RIAA or whoever it is should be targetting these people first - costs less and is an easier target.

Do I seem bitter?
Yes I am; I have been lumbered with copied CDs off eBay in the past. eBay don't really seem to care very much.

Thats all Fleabay seemed to be interested in is Money, Money, Money. ( And not the abba version either !)
Their customer service is absolutely appalling !
Got ripped off last xmas when buying a new chipped xbox for my son, paid £199 and as you guessed id never arrived. reported it to fleabay as it had been paid via paypal, they basically didnt want to know, just a standard email basically sorry for your misfortune & tips about shopping safely with ebay. Paypal offered me £75 in compensation ( Yeh Right !) so i thought that when i opened my paypal account i had to register my CREDIT CARD details with them as all transactions are effectively linked to your bank account / credit card details. So i took it up with the credit card protection scheme at my bank, after filling in a couple of forms and waiting approx 14 days, BINGO !! the bank recovered my £199 via the fraudulant purchase scheme. a few days later i had a Sh1tty email from ebay/paypal stating i should work more closely with them ! (Yeh ok !!)
