If you mean "where can I get a selection of pre-designed artwork for CD covers and the templates from which to produce them?" then SureThing software is good.

If you mean where can I get cover artwork for my bought CD, insert it in your favourite system running the latest version of iTunes

I would like to add the album cover to my iPod, but without inserting every CD again.

The cd covers are usually on the inside of the jewel case. Blind or what...???
