There is nothing like having tulips around my organ
YourBigEvent

You've done it now Chris
Because you typed in tulips, there is now a link to a very expensive florist, Paula and Karen will be expecting you to bring flowers for them at Plasa now.

After all the comments i've made about them over the past few months, I'm a dead man walking anyway
. So I may as well make my "punishment" worth while
.
After the dig I made about Karen's bloomers a while back, I don't think i'm going to get out of London in one piece.
Lightman2 - we are arranging a meeting of DJU members at the PLASA on Sunday 7th. You are more than welcome to come along and meet us. Providing we haven't scared you off already

SO THEN.....Plasa? wasnt it? The topic? ;)
Im going to Plasa with the intention of checking out all the 4 channel mixers, the new LED lighting effects, which I know offer several major benefits over bulb effects, but im concerned about how bright and focused theyll be, lighting effects that dont need smoke, the equipment award results ceremony, and of course the other DJU members.

Just booked a room at The Beaver Hotel, right beside Earls Court, and parking too.
Will be arriving at about 5am Sunday morning so if Paula could get my bacon and eggs ready for .30am please. Ticket is valid for Monday too so can have twice the fun this year. It will make a change to get there early and leave late, going for a pint with Spin on Monday evening too I think. Not a bad way to spent the weekend eh ?

I've thought of a great solution ADS.
Bring along some of your avatar girls as protection (they can also keep you entertained on the long drive

) and then once Paula has calmed down at Plasa, we can umm, take em off your hands as so to speak

May I apolgise to Paula indicating that I would knock her up at 5.30am. I have in fact changed my plans and will stop at Gordano Service Station in Bristol for 45 minutes so will not turn up until 6.15am

If you leave home at 1.00am, and remember we know where you live

you should be at Earls Court at around 3.45am to 4.30am, May i also suggest Membury and Heston on your journey. As for "knocking up" Paula, may i suggest you stop at Powderham and pick up a suit of armour.

One more handy hint for Plasa, if you're feeling brave...
Some of the stands have "by invitation only" areas either to the rear of the stand, or more commonly, to save on floorspace, which is about a lottery win, per square metre, as an upstairs area.
When registering yourself on the door as you enter Earls Court, tick the occupation box for "International buyer". Last years badges were colour coded by occupation, with internatiknal buyers badgs being bright red...
A bit of bluffing about how many stores and warehouses you select the stock for, and you'll be sipping all that the very nicest rent~a~dollybirds will bring to your luxury, soft, comfy chair, located directly opposite a wylie, all knowing, salesperson, who will see through your subtifuge in seconds ~ so drink fast !!!.

Its amazing where you can get to with a little poetic notice, although after more than 10 minutes it is hard to keep the game up, unlike you are Chris at the healm of a million dollar global business. Does anyone tell the truth on the application form or does everybody say they have the power to spend £1 million plus ?
