if you take an enquiry by email or form how do you win the booking? do you just send back a non descript quote which is short and to the point with the fee you would charge or do you attempt to justify the fee charged by selling yourself and how good you are over the competition and what you offer & we are talking new enquiries here with people who do not know you from adam rather than referals from previous clients and word of mouth. some examples of replies would be nice so that i can use them for myself smile.gif (at least i am honest) biggrin.gif
