I was lucky enough to be sent a copy of this from Ministry of Sound records.
Been playing it out over the last week and had a good reaction to it. Filled the floor at a 50th birthday party and punters where singing along to it.
You know the song and its be touched up in a "thunder in my heart" style.
should do well
‘I heat up, I can't cool down… You got me spinnin'… 'Round and 'round’

I'll stick with the original, thanks.
'Coz I'm a miserable git, and I don't like the way many of these classics get reworked - although I've yet to hear this latest offering, I'm already biased....

not that I've heard it yet, but with all this re-hashing of the good music, why do they still wonder why sales trends continue downwards?
Still, its cheap and easy profit for the record company. Milk the gullible punters eh?
"Next computer technician step up here please . . . sorry, not you . . . if I wanted a musician I'd ask for one"
(maybe I'm a miserable git too)

Well IMO i reckon its a good thing as it gives us new tracks to play to bridge between old and new music, as well as being able to start playing the originals again... as it re-kindles people's interests in the tracks..
Not heard this particular track though, not on napster yet though so wil get it when it is...
