Could someone give me a lowdown on this please.

Just the basics, like what it covers, who to see about it, average price, and when is it nessecary to get it?

Very hard to give prices, you can get PLI on its own, combined with other insurances, etc etc.
I will find some links and post them for you

It looks like I'm gonna be doing the same. My praise of Musicguard some months ago has backfired as I received a letter from them stating that whilst they were happy to renew the insurance on my gear they would no longer be providing PLI for businesses in NI

The only problem I have is that, after speaking with E&L today, they only provide PLI cover up to 1 million. Are there any other companies that members know of??
