Listening to Lee Butler on Radio City last night on the way home from a gig, and Heard a remix of Armand Van Helden's My My My. It was a lot better than the original, and had female vocals right the way through the track rather than just on the chorus.

Does anybody know whose mix this is?, and where it is available?. It may even be a mash up 533.gif

A challenge for you Mr Mole! thumbup.gif

I think you may be referring to My My My (Funktuary Mix) by Armand Van Helden. Released 12/06/06.

Armand Van Helden: MyMyMy (Joy Kitikonti Remix)

Which is on the excellent Hed Kandi Twisted Disco 57 recently released:

Spot on thumbup.gif , this is the new version and the one which I was refering to, with the new vocals by Tara Macdonald.

You can hear the track for yourself on Tara's Myspace Page

Apparantly the similar Stonebridge remix is also on May's CD Pool club release, although there isn't a snowball's chance in hell that i'm going to stump up £20 for one track.

The track is released on the Southernfried label, and you can often download pre-release material from this (and other dance labels) legally from Trax2burn.com, just got to wait for their site to come back online whistling.gif

oooo, thanks for getting back to us on this one, I'll dig it out.

Incidentally, the CDpool releases I think are also available from Xpressbeats as downloads.

Well, I got home and it was waiting on the doormat for me fear.gif

Nice one Chris, I have received this version:
Armand van Helden ft Tara McDonald - my my my (Stonebridge remix) 8:42 128BPM on Southern Fried Records, due for release June 2006.

It's very good cool.gif

There's more: it arrived again on another CD this morning: White disc 213.
As well as:

Still waiting for it to appear as a 79p download biggrin.gif .

As far as technology goes in this country the record industry runs on steam. I don't condone piracy, but you can see how many, resort to illegal methods of obtaining films and music when they can't obtain it legitimately for weeks on end. The industry is it's own worst enemy.

Now if it was some cheesy track from a manufactured boy band singing on a Saturday Night TV show with pass-the-sick-bag lyrics, it would be in the shops by Monday rolleyes.gif

Maybe some of the Digital Dj Licence revenue could be put towards getting trax2burn back up whistling.gif
