I have to do a talk on radio presenting and talk about the do's and don't and the jargon.. Not being from this sort of background, but being experienced in all the other forms I was volunteered to do this.
I now need to know what I am talking about, or at least make it look that way, is there any books worth buying on the subject, I know you are going to say the usual, be yourself, talk to one listener etc, but a book would be nice so that I have a hard copy and something I could show the students.

It is a student project for a sound engineering course, once up and running I will post a link,

BTW I've got to do the Tony Blackburn bit and be first on air, so will dig my copy of The Move out... biggrin.gif

Any suggestions, and on the first record. Maybe Happy Radio by Edwin Starr.

"On My Radio" i think it was the Selector!!!

"On the Radio" I think it was Donna Summer.

I'll go away and think of some more, might take some time as my brain is now slipping into holiday mode.
