Sorry, I'm not sure where you would find it now. Obviously it would have been on http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/chart/singles.shtml at the time.

I'd also be interested if anyone knows where I can find the top 40 of the year for 2005 as I think it's useful to have an idea of the best selling songs each year. I suspect the big sellers were James Blunt, Akon, Madonna and Pussycat Dolls, but it's likely that these were out sold by the novelty records like Crazy Frog and Amarillo.

I still think of the Radio 1 chart. Isn't it the only chart based on sales (shop & download) where as the other two include airplay? (I haven't listened to the top 40 since it stopped being a rundown of the chart.)
