Anyone got any details on these or used them before ??
Being offered a pair for £299.99 including leads and covers (Brnd New)
They are 350w RMS so slightly louder than my 300w RMS Mcgregors but a whole lot lighter.
Is this a good price or am I better to look at the class-d that are getting good reviews and I know dicky is selling.
Also whats the main differance between 15inch and 12 inch speakers apart from the obvious can you use 12inch speakers on there own for small venues say no more than 100 / 150 people ??
Most of work is family party's so dont need load of bass or enough sound to awaken the whole of Greater Manchester Just enough to fullfill requirments.
All advice greatly apreciated.

Either keep your McGregors or invest in the Class D thats my advice 
Do a search on the forum for 'Kam' to get a general idea of their reputation, (which is mixed, at best!)

Thought they where too good to be true chris.
I noticed on a previous thread that you gave the up to the soundlab plastic speakers, are they worth considering also

I use the Soundlab's mainly for hire, although they have found their way into my own gigs on occasion and they sound fine.
The Soundlab's have a tendency to be a little bit 'toppy', so they are better used alongside Bass Bins. Although as budget Plastic speakers go, based on price vs performance they are one of the better speakers in that price range.

Having just got the Class-D speakers I can highly recommend them, like yourself we looked at the KAM’s but decided to not bother going on their previous reputation. 
We have the JAC12’s & they are good enough to run on their own & should cope with 100 to 150 people with ease, don't forget to use speaker poles to get them at head height.
If you think you may do larger groups, have the space & can afford a little more then go for the JAC15’s, they are rated at 500W RMS & being larger they will have a bit more bass (not that the JAC12’s are lacking it)

I use the soundlab plastic jobs...they are toppy but with a bit of time to set up the graphic they sound fine on the own. I combine them with a bass bin on the bigger jobs, they have sounded well, even getting comments like "those jbls of yours sound good" lol
