Gary 0
With an embarrassing 30 No.1's in the year, and only The Kittens "Whole Again", Kylies "Cant get you outta my head", and Robbie Williams with something stupid (Nicole Kidman http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif ), holding the cherished No.1 spot for 4 weeks each, you've got quite a few to choose from here. Other notable No.1's of this year with staying power were: Hear Say: "Pure and Simple" (that describes 2 of them http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif ) Geri Halliwell: "It's raining men" (the old Weather Girls classic) Shaggy: "Angel" Afroman: "Because I got high" (man). Who all clung on to the top spot for 3 weeks each.
Danno13 0
My personal fave was Rui Da Sliva.. For gigs though either Kylie or Westlife's version of Uptown Girl are probably the most played. robbiedj 0
No, Hey, Baby is still tops. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/thumbup.gif Though Shaggy and Kylie still holding on, too. Must admit I play originals of Eternal Flame, Raining Men and Lady Marmalade. Most people seem to prefer them. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/whistling.gif Something Stupid is quite popular for background/ slow dances. You want me to play what? Kingy 0
I went for "Dont stop movin" basically because its the only one I still get a good reaction to on the dance floors. "Hey baby" has, thankfully, has finally had its day! http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/fear.gif
