Reading the posts here I see this happening from time to time, however this company come highly recommended on various business forums for debt recovery and they will send out an initial letter to the debtor on their headed paper threatening legal action on your behalf for just £2.50. No catches.

 

The letters alone are believed to have quite a good success rate in escalating payment, and only rarely do they require any further action. However if the debt is still not settled then they also have reasonable charges for court action, and again a very good recovery rate.
