Kingy 0
No, No, I am pretty certain that Harris owes Kingy a pint. I remember distinctly having the pleasure of listening to him eat his lunch at a carvery two years ago. (Which is still £3.99 by the way!!) Yes I am working, It's a wedding. There's a surprise. McCardle 1
Okay, the reason that I ask, is that on a recent Telegraph article, they stated that this date was THE most popular date for getting married. See:- http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=23229 I wanted to put that to test, by getting it straight from the horses mouth.....or the mixing console if you like Although it probably doesn't really prove anything either way, as August is traditionally a busy month for Weddings in any case, however it does seem even at this early stage, that the article may indeed be correct in some respects, especially as already, about 50% of members are already booked, and for a Wedding!. YourBigEvent 0
I guessed that was the reason, having spend a few years doing this it is because people think like this. Lets get married OK, when ? Next year OK when ? Summer OK then ? August is sunny OK then ! Lets not hang around, we'll do it ASAP in August That will be the 1st weekend then OK So that is why the first weekend in August is popular .....but what do I know ?
